Analysis on the Business Model of Fresh E-commerce------Taking Hema Supermarket as an Example

    Get PDF
Enterprises are beginning to involve the fresh produce industry, but most companies have withdrawn from the fresh produce industry due to poor performance. This shows that there are many problems with e-commerce of fresh produce. In particular, the business model of e-commerce for fresh produce is a major factor constraining its development. This article takes Hema Supermarket as an example to analyze its business model. It summarizes the areas that can be used for product control, power distribution system construction, platform operation, etc., and provides reference and reference for the operation of fresh agricultural products

A Fast Diagnosis Method for Both IGBT Faults and Current Sensor Faults in Grid-Tied Three-Phase Inverters With Two Current Sensors

© 1986-2012 IEEE. This article considers fault detection in the case of a three-phase three-wire (3P3W) inverter, when only two current sensors are used to save cost or due to a faulty current sensor. With two current sensors, there is no current method addressing the diagnosis of both IGBT open-circuit (OC) faults and current sensor faults. In order to solve this problem, this article proposes a method which innovatively combines two kinds of diagnosis variables, line voltage deviations and phase voltage deviations. The unique faulty characteristics of diagnosis variables for each fault are extracted and utilized to distinguish the fault. Using an average model, the method only needs the signals already available in the controller. Both IGBT OC faults and current sensor faults can be detected quickly in inverter mode and rectifier mode, so that the converter can be protected in a timely way to avoid further damages. In addition, error-adaptive thresholds are adopted to make the method robust. Effects such as system unbalance are analyzed to ensure that the method is robust and feasible. Simulation and experimental results are used to verify and validate the effectiveness of the method

A Model-Data-Hybrid-Driven Diagnosis Method for Open-Switch Faults in Power Converters

To combine the advantages of both model-driven and data-driven methods, this paper proposes a model-data-hybrid-driven (MDHD) method to diagnose open-switch faults in power converters. This idea is based on the explicit analytical model of converters and the learning capability of artificial neural network (ANN). The process of the method is divided into two parts: offline model analysis and learning, and online fault diagnosis. For both parts, model-driven and data-driven are combined. With the model information and data-based learning capability, a fast diagnosis for various operating conditions can be achieved without high computation burden, tricky threshold selection and complex rulemaking. This can greatly contribute to the practical application. The open-switch fault diagnosis in a two-level three-phase converter is studied for method validation. For this converter, an ANN is trained with two input elements, seven output elements, and two neurons in the hidden layer. Experimental results are given to demonstrate good performance

Ligand and structure-based approaches for the exploration of structure–activity relationships of fusidic acid derivatives as antibacterial agents

Introduction: Fusidic acid (FA) has been widely applied in the clinical prevention and treatment of bacterial infections. Nonetheless, its clinical application has been limited due to its narrow antimicrobial spectrum and some side effects.Purpose: Therefore, it is necessary to explore the structure–activity relationships of FA derivatives as antibacterial agents to develop novel ones possessing a broad antimicrobial spectrum. Methods and result: First, a pharmacophore model was established on the nineteen FA derivatives with remarkable antibacterial activities reported in previous studies. The common structural characteristics of the pharmacophore emerging from the FA derivatives were determined as those of six hydrophobic centers, two atom centers of the hydrogen bond acceptor, and a negative electron center around the C-21 field. Then, seven FA derivatives have been designed according to the reported structure–activity relationships and the pharmacophore characteristics. The designed FA derivatives were mapped on the pharmacophore model, and the Qfit values of all FA derivatives were over 50 and FA-8 possessed the highest value of 82.66. The molecular docking studies of the partial target compounds were conducted with the elongation factor G (EF-G) of S. aureus. Furthermore, the designed FA derivatives have been prepared and their antibacterial activities were evaluated by the inhibition zone test and the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) test. The derivative FA-7 with a chlorine group as the substituent group at C-25 of FA displayed the best antibacterial property with an MIC of 3.125 µM. Subsequently, 3D-QSAR was carried on all the derivatives by using the CoMSIA mode of SYBYL-X 2.0.Conclusion: Hence, a computer-aided drug design model was developed for FA, which can be further used to optimize FA derivatives as highly potent antibacterial agents

A chromosome-scale genome assembly of Castanopsis hystrix provides new insights into the evolution and adaptation of Fagaceae species

Fagaceae species dominate forests and shrublands throughout the Northern Hemisphere, and have been used as models to investigate the processes and mechanisms of adaptation and speciation. Compared with the well-studied genus Quercus, genomic data is limited for the tropical-subtropical genus Castanopsis. Castanopsis hystrix is an ecologically and economically valuable species with a wide distribution in the evergreen broad-leaved forests of tropical-subtropical Asia. Here, we present a high-quality chromosome-scale reference genome of C. hystrix, obtained using a combination of Illumina and PacBio HiFi reads with Hi-C technology. The assembled genome size is 882.6 Mb with a contig N50 of 40.9 Mb and a BUSCO estimate of 99.5%, which are higher than those of recently published Fagaceae species. Genome annotation identified 37,750 protein-coding genes, of which 97.91% were functionally annotated. Repeat sequences constituted 50.95% of the genome and LTRs were the most abundant repetitive elements. Comparative genomic analysis revealed high genome synteny between C. hystrix and other Fagaceae species, despite the long divergence time between them. Considerable gene family expansion and contraction were detected in Castanopsis species. These expanded genes were involved in multiple important biological processes and molecular functions, which may have contributed to the adaptation of the genus to a tropical-subtropical climate. In summary, the genome assembly of C. hystrix provides important genomic resources for Fagaceae genomic research communities, and improves understanding of the adaptation and evolution of forest trees

Baichuan 2: Open Large-scale Language Models

Large language models (LLMs) have demonstrated remarkable performance on a variety of natural language tasks based on just a few examples of natural language instructions, reducing the need for extensive feature engineering. However, most powerful LLMs are closed-source or limited in their capability for languages other than English. In this technical report, we present Baichuan 2, a series of large-scale multilingual language models containing 7 billion and 13 billion parameters, trained from scratch, on 2.6 trillion tokens. Baichuan 2 matches or outperforms other open-source models of similar size on public benchmarks like MMLU, CMMLU, GSM8K, and HumanEval. Furthermore, Baichuan 2 excels in vertical domains such as medicine and law. We will release all pre-training model checkpoints to benefit the research community in better understanding the training dynamics of Baichuan 2.Comment: Baichuan 2 technical report.
